The journey begins with the tour of the historic cellars, passing from the underground barrique cellar to Sala delle Botti. It continues with the tasting of 4 wines paired with 4 delicious Sicilian street foods, with, dulcis in fundo, the pairing with Ben Ryé Passito di Pantelleria DOC, Donnafugata’s icon wine.
