A gourmet and refined tasting

A guided tour in the vineyards and winery, immersed in the nature of the Etna’s Park, with the tasting of 4 representative wines of Donnafugata paired with 4 creations of Etna cuisine.

The experience begins with a walk in the vineyard, following the visit of the cellar and barrel room, with a view of the volcano steaming summit. The journey ends with the tasting of 4 wines paired with 4 specialties of Etna’s cuisine. You will discover a wine from Contessa Entellina, the Etna Rosso DOC Sul Vulcano, the refined Tancredi and the unmissable Ben Ryé Passito di Pantelleria DOC, the son of the wind.

Visita in vigna e in cantina con la spiegazione interessante di Marzia e degustazione guidata da Diana che ci ha insegnato tantissime cose del vino e di come abbinarlo ai cibi giusti. Assolutamente consigliata! Sono andata con mia sorella e le mie cugine e siamo state felicissime. I vini assaggiati: Vigna di Gabri (inzolia), Sul Vulcano (95% nerello mascalese, 5% nerello cappuccio), Mille e Una Notte e Una Notte (blend di nero d’avola e Syrah) Ben Rye (passito di Pantelleria).
